Alan Reeves
COO and President

Having started his career as a technical representative with NEC Computer Corporation, Alan founded MouseCalls Technology Solutions in 1998. In just five years he grew the business to 400 clients. By the end of 2009, 4,000 small businesses and homes in the Nashville area were served by MouseCalls. With the advent of new technologies, Alan saw a way to better serve the commercial and non-profit base. He began offering managed services to clients in Spring of 2008 and helped start SunRiver IT Partners to focus on these clients. Alan now specializes in dispatch, training, billing, accounting and providing SunRiver IT Partners’ service delivery assurance. With a Computer Technology degree, 15 years of experience in the IT industry and certifications including Novell, A+ and Microsoft MVP, Alan is the technology professional our clients count on for expert service and support. In his time away from the office, Alan enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, hiking, boating and anything outdoors. He also serves on the Technology Advisory Council at Nashville State Community College.

Keith Richey

Keith Richey is SunRiver IT Partner’s Chief Executive Officer, bringing our company 30+ years of experience and a wealth of professional knowledge. As the CEO, Keith’s focus is on the company’s strategy and vision along with building the culture and values of the company. He is also committed to building and leading the senior executive team at SunRiver IT Partners. Keith majored in economics at Middle Tennessee State University and has worked with world-renowned companies throughout his career. Keith was a manager for Walmart Corporation where his store was the number one store in sales per square foot in the chain. He was recruited by Stanford Information Corporation where he assisted in the plans and implementation of the first computer super stores. He later became regional manager of The Hardware and Software Shoppes. He also founded Computer Depot and Itom, his own IT outsourced company, before joining the team at SunRiver IT Partners.

Cheryl Philamalee
Client Solutions Director

With a strong background in administrative work, including human resources, office administration, client/vendor relations, and more, Cheryl Philamalee moved to Nashville and started searching for employment near home. She applied for dispatch and general office work at Sunriver IT Partners, wherein she discovered the perfect position for herself – her vision and standards were aligned seamlessly with the company’s vision and standards.

As an insatiable, interpersonally driven individual, she truly enjoys working with others to find the right solutions to better their lives – and her role allows her to do that on a daily basis for clients. She believes fully and wholeheartedly in our modules and our team as we offer the best in class IT solutions.

So what does Cheryl like to do in her spare time? She thoroughly enjoys spending time with her family, friends, pets, and of course, watching football. She also enjoys reading, and due to her great appreciation of nature, she enjoys everything on, in, or around the water.

Tom Daws

After searching for tech-related jobs in the area, Tom Daws was hired at Sunriver IT Partners as a Technician. He specializes in implementing innovative IT solutions, providing onsite and remote IT support, and assisting clients with any IT-related questions or concerns that arise. He’s passionate about learning and improving his technical abilities while providing a beneficial service to clients. He also enjoys problem solving and sees most IT issues as a challenging puzzle to solve.

For the past decade, Tom has been helping his friends and family members with solving technology-related issues. For the past 5 years, he’s been able to transfer his passion for technology to the IT industry, where he’s worked in several IT-related jobs. In his spare time, he enjoys staying up to date with world events and technology, the arts, film, TV, books, PC games, guitar, cooking, and gardening

Molly Antoine
Operations Manager

Shortly after moving from Minnesota to Nashville with a background in administrative roles, as well as a keen interest in PC gaming, Molly Parker was hired as the front-desk clerk at Sunriver IT Partners. Prior to working with Sunriver IT Partners, Molly has been in various administrative roles for over 10 years with 5 years of management experience.

Molly strives to offer the best possible service and experience to clients while establishing cohesive working relationships with her co-workers, in order to create an enjoyable and professional team atmosphere. She’s passionate about educating people to understand and leverage the world of technology successfully and protect themselves in the evolving world of cybercrime.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, crafting, playing Frisbee with her dog, and PC gaming. She also spends a lot of time exploring all of the sights and activities in Nashville.

Travas Dew
Client Solutions Director

Travas Dew moved to Tennessee from Utah where he spent half a decade in Management of the front office and was the only Sales Lead Generator for the only 5 Star 4 Diamond Resort in the Wasatch Mountains.

As the Sales Lead Generator he brought major corporate accounts such as 1-800-Contacts, Nuance (the creator of Dragon Naturally Speaking), BYU University, Weber State University, etc. Although this was an enriching experience, he moved to Tennessee in 2010, to pursue his passion for music. Mr. Dew has been the opening act for major artists such as Patty Loveless, Eddie Money, and David Allen Coe. He also hosted Western movies on PBS and was invited to do shows on Channel 4 in Knoxville. It was at this time that an accident caused the loss/amputation of Travas’ left eye, however, he didn’t let that stop him from starting over and finding a new life and career path.

He was hired at the oldest and largest Historic Publishing House in Tennessee as a Customer Care/Client Solutions Representative. Within 3 months the Publishing House discovered his sales skills and promoted him to Resource Consultant for a brand new department. Travas was in the top one-half of one percent of employees selected for this role and received the Presidential Sales Award. At this time he was traveling all over the United States setting up and tearing down stores for conferences while generating sales at times over $90,000.00 in a week. Even though he was having great success, he felt something was missing so he started the search for a new career and discovered Information Technology. He met Alan Reeves in 2014 and accompanied the SunRiver IT Partners team to a conference that September. Mr. Reeves realized, with proper training Mr. Dew could be a huge asset to their company and hired him to assist in client solutions, and with his skills in hospitality and customer service it was a no-brainier to make Mr. Dew one of the Client Relations Directors for SunRiver IT Partners.
