We are taking Nashville IT service to the next level

A long time ago, a good friend of mine said to me that you may think you have the best service but, until you have a customer that says it, you are just thinking highly of yourself. I took that seriously throughout my entire career. Now that I am here at SunRiver IT, I am finding ways that we as a team can provide better service to our clients.

I have been working for SunRiver for just about a month now. I have learned that the team, which starts at the top with Alan, is that everyone is dedicated to giving our clients the best experience with their business technology.

Over the last few weeks I have spoken to a handful of current SunRiver IT clients about their experience with the company as a whole. I came up with a list of 10 questions that posed to different clients in different industries. The questions ranged from how long they have been with SunRiver to how would they grade them from A – F. Naturally, I had a pretty good feeling on how they would answer the questions.

At SunRiver we know we aren’t perfect, we are people just like you. Our job is to support and consult with you on your business technology and give the advice you need to make the proper short and long-term business decisions. We feel we do a great job. That being said, we are always looking for input and feedback to improve. Over the last couple of weeks, we got some feedback from our clients. I will go out on a limb to say some of it we knew where we succeeded and failed. But, a couple responses…let’s say caught me off guard but, in a good way.

You never know how well or how bad you are doing until you ask your customer to review you. At SunRiver we strive to be the best IT, managed services provider, technology support company in the greater Nashville area. Based on that, we are going to be implementing monthly or quarterly discussions with all of our clients. The goal being to make sure that we are properly communicating with our clients; either one-on-one or in a roundtable. We want to make sure we keep our finger on the pulse of local Nashville business community. We will keep the business community informed on the exciting new technologies we are bringing to improve Nashville area businesses.

While my job is overseeing marketing and business development for SunRiver, I would not be doing my job if I didn’t invite you as a Nashville area business to become a client of SunRiver IT. We are here to help you, and your business, as your trusted technology partner. Give us a call at (615) 646-2121 for a technology second opinion…it can’t hurt.
